Rex Lumber is proud to offer our customers our unique in-house capability of grooving lumber to fit Grad system, the 100% hidden fastener system that works with many species including Accoya®, Accoya Color®, Kebony®, and Ipe.

As an Official Grad Milling Partner, Rex Lumber specializes in running mouldings with Grad grooves. We will help you design or modify your mouldings to work with Grad Rails and run the profiles with the Grad grooves as part of the millwork process.

The Grad System is an innovative fastening solution designed for both interior and exterior decking and cladding applications. It utilizes pre-mounted clips on aluminum rails, enabling boards to be securely attached without visible screws or nails.
